This is not really a difficult question. When providing good customer service, these 3 things come to mind.
- Treat your customers with a friendly, helpful attitude. Let them know you want them in your clinic and you are happy the have come to your relief.
- Understand what they need and educate them so they can make the best choices for their Chiropractic care.
- Devote the time to them. No one wants to feel like they are in a factory, and the turn over of patients needs to be quick and efficient. Cabanas Clinic will give you the time you need to leave the clinic having an amazing experience.
